As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the courier, we will update your status.

2. How to Check Your Status
There are two easy ways to see where your gadgets are:

On Our Website: Visit our [Track My Order] page. Simply enter your Order Number and the Email Address you used at checkout to see a live status bar.

Via the Courier: Click the tracking number link in your email to go directly to the courier’s portal (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS). This is often the best place for granular details like “Out for Delivery.”

Why is my tracking number “Not Found”? It can take up to 12–24 hours for the courier to scan the package into their system after it leaves our warehouse. If you see an error, please try again the next morning.
My package hasn’t moved in 48 hours. Don’t panic! Sometimes packages aren’t scanned at every single stop, especially during long-distance transit. If there has been no update for more than 3 business days, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.
Will I need to sign for my delivery? To protect your high-value gadgets, we may require a signature for certain deliveries. If you aren’t home, the courier will leave a slip with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a nearby location.
Pro Tip: For the best experience, we recommend downloading the courier’s mobile app. You can often opt-in for SMS alerts or even see exactly how many stops away the driver is from your house!
