How can we help you?

How will I be refunded?

For a gadget store, refund clarity is essential. When customers spend a significant amount on electronics, they want to know exactly when and how their money is coming back.

Guide: How Will I Be Refunded?

If you’ve cancelled an order or returned a product, we want to make the refund process as transparent as the purchase. Here is everything you need to know about how and when you will receive your funds.

1. The Refund Method

To protect your security and prevent fraud, refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: The refund will appear on your bank statement associated with that card.

  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay): The credit will be sent back to the card linked to your digital wallet.

  • PayPal: Funds are returned to your PayPal balance or the card used via PayPal.

  • Bank Transfers: We will credit the original bank account used for the transaction.

2. When Will I See the Money?

The timing depends on the reason for the refund:

Note: “Business Days” do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Our Refund Process Step-by-Step

  1. Notification: You will receive an automated email from us the moment we trigger the refund in our system.

  2. Banking Transit: Once we release the funds, they enter the banking network. At this stage, your bank is responsible for processing the credit to your account.

  3. Statement Update: You will see the credit appear on your statement, usually labeled with our store name.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get my refund on a different card? No. For security reasons and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we cannot send a refund to a different card or bank account than the one used for the original purchase.

My card has expired or been cancelled. What happens? Banks can usually route a refund to your new card automatically if it’s for the same account. If the account itself is closed, please contact our support team before the refund is processed so we can coordinate with our payment provider.

What about shipping costs?

  • Full Refunds: If you are returning a faulty or damaged item, we refund the full amount, including the original shipping cost.

  • Partial Refunds: If you return an item because you changed your mind, we refund the cost of the item, but the original shipping fee is typically non-refundable.

Support Tip: If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank first, as they may have the transaction “pending” in their internal system. If they cannot see it, reach out to us and we will provide a Transaction ID to help them find it.
